Who We Are
ASI is a remodeling and construction company in Colorado Springs. Residential and commercial, one room or a whole rebuild — scoped and priced in writing before anything is demolished.
We build and remodel in Colorado Springs and the communities around it — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, flooring and finish carpentry on the residential side, and tenant improvement and fit-out work on the commercial side. Same crew and the same standards either way.
Most complaints about contractors are not about the carpentry. They are about information: a scope that was never written down, a price that moved, a schedule nobody explained. So the company is built around fixing that first.
You get the job written out line by line, a price attached to that written scope, and the work done in the order that puts the hidden things first. If something has to change once a wall is open — and on older houses it sometimes does — you hear about it as a decision with a number attached, before the work happens.
Finished work is in the gallery, with captions describing what is in each frame. We do not do roofing. And we do not put a claim on this website that we cannot put a document behind.

Three stages on every job, whether it is a powder room or a second story. It is the order of operations, not a slogan — nothing gets built here that was not scoped and bid first.
Scope it
We walk the space and measure what is actually there, then write the job down line by line before a price is attached to it.
Bid it
A number against that written scope, so you are approving a document rather than a conversation. Not on the bid means not in the price.
Build it
The work in the order that puts the hidden things first, inspected as it goes, punch list walked with you at the end.
