Privacy Policy
What this website collects, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
What this site collects
This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies. We do not set cookies of our own.
The only information we receive is what you choose to send us:
- The contact form — your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the project type, and your message.
- Phone and email — if you call or email us directly, we hold that correspondence in the ordinary way any business does.
We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identification documents, or anything sensitive through this website.
Third parties involved in loading this page
Being straight about this, because it is technically accurate rather than comfortable:
- Typefaces — the fonts are served from this website, not from a font service. Loading a page does not disclose your visit to a font provider. This changed on 18 August 2026; before that the fonts came from Google Fonts, which did disclose your IP address to Google.
- Form handling — the quote form is processed by Formspree
(
formspree.io). What you type into the form is transmitted to Formspree, which forwards it to us by email and retains a copy in our account. Their privacy policy is at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Nothing is sent to them until you press the submit button. - Hosting — the site is served by a static host which keeps standard server access logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse purposes.
What we do with what you send
We use it to respond to you and to scope and price the work you asked about. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing lists. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a quote.
We may share details with a subcontractor or supplier where it is necessary to quote or perform your specific job — for example passing measurements and an address to a counter fabricator. That is limited to what the task requires.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the conversation resuming, and deleted after that. Records relating to work actually performed are kept longer, because there are tax and warranty reasons to be able to look up a job we did.
Your requests
Email admin@allseasonimprovements.com and ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct something that is wrong, or
- delete it.
We will action deletion requests unless we are required to retain a record for tax or legal reasons, in which case we will tell you specifically what is being kept and why.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially — particularly when the form processor is confirmed — the change will be reflected on this page.
